The Arkansas State Capitol Gift Shop offers shipping through USPS or In-Store Pickup.

Cancellation/Refund Policy

Returns

If you want to return an item, email us at arkansasstatecapitolgiftshop@sos.arkansas.gov, indicating which item(s) and the number of items to be returned, your reason for returning the item, and whether you are seeking a replacement or refund. Please also provide a daytime contact telephone number. Requests for replacements or refunds must be submitted within thirty (30) days of delivery. SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL and are not able to be returned for a refund or replacement.

Defective Items

If you return an item because of an error on the part of the Capitol Gift Shop, or because the item is defective, the Capitol Gift Shop will happily refund your costs in returning the item. The item(s) must be returned in the condition in which you received it/them within thirty (30) days of delivery.

Change of Mind

Products returned to us because you have changed your mind must be in perfect resellable condition with no visible sign or wear or use, and must be returned within thirty (30) days of delivery in the original packaging with all tags attached. The Capitol Gift Shop cannot accept a return if the packaging has been personalized and the order has been fulfilled correctly. PLEASE NOTE: The Capitol Gift Shop will not cover return postage and/or shipping costs for items returned for any reason other than Capitol Gift Shop error or a defective product.

Lost in Transit

The Capitol Gift Shop cannot be held responsible for packages lost in transit. Therefore, we recommend using a tracking number when returning packages.

Refunds and Replacements

For item(s) returned to us within thirty (30) days of delivery in accordance with these Terms, a refund or replacement will be processed by Capitol Gift Shop within fourteen (14) working days of receipt of the returned items. A refund will be made in the same form of payment that was used to make the initial purchase.

Accuracy of Billing and Account Information

The Capitol Gift Shop reserves the right to refuse any order you place. The Capitol Gift Shop may, in its sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. In the event that we change or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the email and/or billing address or phone number provided at the time the order was made. The Capitol Gift Shop reserves the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in its sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers, or distributors.

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address and credit card numbers and expiration dates, so that we may contact you and complete your transaction.
